A Little About Me

I have worked within the legal profession my entire life, I spent 18 years in the City of London working for a niche firm of Maritime Solicitors, but needed to spend more time at home, so sought employment with a local firm; and so my conveyancing journey began some 15 years ago.

I enjoy the methodical approach to conveyancing and believe I learned my trade with an exceptional firm. I am a Consultant Property Lawyer (Licenced Conveyancer) specialising in residential conveyancing. I work mainly from my home office in Farnborough, but also have office space in Guildford and London.

My intention is to give the best possible client service to each and every client, including:-

Full fee transparency at the start of each transaction
Responding to emails as soon as physically possible.
Taking each & every phone call or returning calls immediately I am able.
Giving clear & concise, easy to understand advice.
Taking time to make sure my clients are completely happy and confident in what they are doing.

Communication is without the doubt to great client experience, and I am fortunate to have very good working relationships with all of the local firms of lawyers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, which makes my job so much less stressful and is hugely beneficial for my clients.

About my firm

I am a self-employed property consultant working under the umbrella of Setfords Solicitors Limited. This gives me total autonomy to give my clients the best possible service while having the backup of a large organisation behind me, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. All compliance is dealt with in-house and I have full access to all lender panels, a huge back office staff including a state of the art Accounts Department, full legal secretarial and paralegal assistance along with a dedicated assistant to help with file administration tasks.
